Protection of personal data

In accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the RGPD, the Subscriber is informed that Jet Airlines - l'odyssey may process personal data on the basis of personal information provided by the Subscriber. Jet Airlines - l'odyssey takes the appropriate measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal information it holds or processes in compliance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act and the RGPD. The person in charge of processing is Jet Airlines - l'odyssey .

1. Data Collection and Origin

All data concerning Subscribers is collected directly from them.

Jet Airlines - l'odyssey undertakes to obtain the consent of Subscribers and/or to allow them to object to the use of their data for certain purposes, as soon as this is necessary.

2. Purpose of the data collected

The collection of Subscriber's personal data is necessary at the time of the initial contact by Jet Airlines - l'odyssey with the Subscriber, in order to obtain all the information required to complete the contract. If the Subscriber does not wish to provide the requested information, the Subscriber will not be able to contract with Jet Airlines - l'odyssey . The legal basis for the collection of the Subscriber's Personal Data is to comply with the regulatory and legal obligations to which Jet Airlines - l'odyssey must comply with in the context of the signature of this contract. The compulsory or optional nature of the personal data requested and the possible consequences of a failure to reply to the Subscriber(s) are specified at the time of collection.

3. Non-disclosure of personal data

The Subscriber's Personal Data will not be transmitted to commercial or advertising actors. Jet Airlines - l'odyssey uses the services of several specialised companies, a list of which can be communicated to the persons concerned on request to the following e-mail address reclamations@jet-airlines.com. If these companies use servers outside the European Union, we have concluded specific contracts with them and standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission to govern and secure the transfer of your data to these providers.

4. Duration of data retention

We will only store the Subscriber's data that is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used, in accordance with the legal requirements.

5. Your rights

Every time Jet Airlines - odyssey processes Personal Data, Jet Airlines - l'odyssey takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data is accurate and relevant to the purposes for which it is processed. In accordance with current European regulations, the Subscriber has the following rights: right of access (Article 15 RGPD) and rectification (Article 16 RGPD), update, completeness of data; right to block or delete personal data (Article 17 RGPD), when they are inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited; right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 13-2c RGPD) ; the right to limit the processing of data (Article 18 GDPR); the right to object to the processing of data (Article 21 GDPR); the right to the portability of data provided, where such data are subject to automated processing based on consent or on a contract (Article 20 GDPR); the right to define the fate of Subscribers' data after their death and to choose to whom the firm should communicate (or not) their data to a third party that they have previously designated. As soon as Jet Airlines - l'odyssey becomes aware of the death of a Subscriber and in the absence of instructions from the Subscriber, it undertakes to destroy the data, except if its retention is necessary for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation. If the Subscriber wishes to know how Jet Airlines - l'odyssey uses his/her personal data, wishes to rectify them or to oppose their processing, he/she can contact the company Jet Airlines - l'odyssey at the following e-mail address reclamations@jet-airlines.com specifying the subject of the request and identifying himself/herself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport). Requests for deletion of personal data will be subject to the obligations imposed on Jet Airlines - l'odyssey by law, in particular as regards the conservation or archiving of documents. Finally, Subscribers may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, in particular the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

6. Security

Jet Airlines - l'odyssey implements all technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data processing and the confidentiality of Personal Data. In this respect, Jet Airlines - l'odyssey takes all necessary precautions, in view of the nature of the data and the risks presented by the processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties (physical protection of the premises, authentication procedures with personal and secure access via confidential identifiers and passwords, logging of connections, encryption of certain data, etc.).
