What is l'odyssey?

l'odyssey is an air transport broker, and as such organises air transport services on behalf of its customers, chartering aircraft to third party operators as agent. l'odyssey does not operate its own fleet and does not provide transport services, directly or indirectly.

A subsidiary of Jet Airlines, SAS 851 807 206 registered with the RCS of Bobigny and with a share capital of 310 000€, odyssey was created by aviation professionals and is registered with the trade register of the Ain department. Its capital is privately owned. Jet Airlines is a company specialised in tailor-made air charters.

What is the concept?

To offer quality air transport through a high quality and customer centric service & to establish an eco-responsible regional air transport model aiming at becoming the reference standard for our customers and partners.

How do I book my flight?

From now on our website, or at your usual travel agency.

How much luggage am I entitled to?

We transport your luggage free of charge under the following conditions:

- Smart rate: 1 piece of luggage, max 15 kilos

- Flex rate: 2 pieces of luggage, total max 30 kilos

One piece of hand luggage is allowed in the cabin up to 7 kilos.

Luggage outside the gabari, such as golf caddies or kite surfing sails, will be charged at € 50 per unit.

How long before departure should I arrive at the airport?

Like our aircraft, the airports we serve are limited in size. In Geneva, we fly from terminal C3, which allows you to arrive up to 20 minutes before departure time.

On our other stopovers, we keep to the times advised by the airports:

Bergerac & Dinard : 30 min
Deauville : 40 min
London City : 60 min

How do I get to my departure terminal?

To reach the C3 terminal in Geneva, you can use the Limousine services of our partner Elite, they know the way. These services will be offered to you as an option at the time of booking.

Do I have access to the airport lounge?

You are our customer, and we want to offer the best service to each of our customers. Therefore, you have access to lounges where available, regardless of your status with us.

Do you offer a catering service?

A range of fresh products will be offered, in partnership with the best local craftsmen. 

Can children travel alone?

Subject to availability, we will take care of your child travelling alone from the age of 7. This will of course involve a bit of paperwork, but you can be sure that they will be our most VIP passenger and will have an unforgettable flight!

Are animals welcome?

Subject to availability, we will gladly transport your pet, but it must not weigh more than 10 kilos.

Your pet will travel in a suitable bag or crate. Under no circumstances should it leave its designated area.

Make sure that all your child's papers (passport/vaccination card and other documents) are up to date for the planned journey.

The fare is € 50 per journey.

Do you have a wi-fi connection?

Initially, no. Installing a wi-fi terminal is a considerable investment. But none of our flights last more than an hour and a half, so take the opportunity to disconnect for a few moments and enjoy the beautiful view.
